Summary:
Sales operations analyst with 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, SQL data reporting and analysis, and process improvement. Will be supporting our Performance Accelerator program through end of year. This is an operations support role that would be taking on end-to-end execution of the program. They would be responsible for existing and improving existing processes, task management, and performance tracking (advanced google sheet skills preferred). Operations for our incentive programs, including post signature operations for program execution, monitoring revenue performance data, communicating pay outs and general sales support. All day-to-day post-signature deal operational functions will need to be covered, including Tool improvement and bug troubleshooting.

Sales Operations Analyst III
Remote
Summary:
Sales operations analyst with 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, SQL data reporting and analysis, and process improvement. Responsibilities:
- Payout calculation and communication: Actual revenue must be calculated against deal spend targets to assess and communicate quarterly payouts. Near misses and data errors must be assessed and resolved.
- Coupon approvals/rejections: Review all incoming Ad Credit Coupon requests for ~200 global & regional deals; compare all details against deal details, performance numbers, & existing coupons; approve or reject (& give guidance for and re-review rejected coupons). Makegood/goodwill coupon requests must be reviewed as needed: investigate source of error; obtain approval / manage escalations; process or reject requests.
- Sales support: Receive miscellaneous ad-hoc requests & troubleshooting questions from Sales teams via chat, email, and tasks to inform on processes & troubleshoot complex issues with coupons & reporting.
- Revenue & coupon data requests: Ad-hoc requests (from Sales, Accounting, Program Management, etc.) for revenue and coupon data: manipulate queries to match request details; manually resolve messy/empty/incorrect data (duplicate lines, empty regions, etc); synthesize pivot tables; spot check against JBP Tool reporting numbers to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Tooling improvement & troubleshooting: Custom tools must be monitored for Sales-reported bugs. Improvements to tooling must be led across the Program Management and Engineering teams, including the creation of business requirement documentation and training materials, testing, XFN communication, and implementation. Dashboard creation could be required on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related subject (Business Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
- 4-6 years of experience in roles such as Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management.
- Experience organizing, prioritizing, executing, and communicating numerous concurrent work streams across a range of stakeholders and topics with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated problem solving experience, providing sound business insights and recommendations.
- Experience working independently, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven stakeholder management experience – including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
- Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
