Supply Chain Analyst I


Summary:

The main function of the Supply Chain Production Coordinator will be to support the Supply Chain Team in collecting and verifying information collected from key Suppliers. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems. The Supply Chain Production Clerk will also be responsible for validating the above information and compiling progress reports for the Supply Chain Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting data on supply chain operations
  • Reviewing supplier data to verify the accuracy of information
  • Summarizing supplier metrics and flag any risks to the Global Supply Managers

Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information and formulate visual data to summarize such data.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work with a team towards a common goal.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Suite - specifically Excel.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations or a related business field required.
  • 1-2 years of Supply Chain Experience required
  • 1-2 years of Manufacturing/ Production Experience required
  • Experience in Heating/Cooling Mechanical Equipment for Data Centers (Optional)
  • 1 year of experience in construction (Optional)

Note: This job will require at least 50-75% domestic travel.

 

Pay range is $21 - $26 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
