IOS Logistics Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support warehouse site operation in order to improve productivity and quality of operation in the mean of process innovation, generate effective reporting and new system implementation.
- Work with group members to back up each other as neededÂ
- Lead and/or coordinate a project/activity in order to achieve management directive from regional HQ level or corporate HQ level from Korea.
- SAP (WMS – warehouse management system) data mining and data analysis to identify trend and search for more effective ways to operate
- Help manage all business unit resources to successfully deliver results in quality, cost, safety and service
- Develop high performing work teams to effectively meet the changing needs of the business by motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Utilize Standard Operating Procedures to resolve and correct problems
- Produce reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis briefing team leaders on appropriate issuesÂ
- Implement action plans for conducting internal analyses and gap identification; review current or future trends that indicate possible gaps in inbound or outbound functions or employees and make recommendations based on findings
- The position requires IT related ability in terms of setup, maintenance, and trouble shoot of warehouse IT equipment such as PC, RF Gun, Printers, etc. Â
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
- 5 plus years of work experience and 2 plus years of logistics related experience required
- Prefer to have SAP knowledge, KPI management, Inventory Accuracy, and Inventory availability
- Ability to expedite emergency requests and available for business travel up to 20%
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure communication to appropriate stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately
- Ability to support the building operations to comply with all regulatory obligations, including but not limited to OSHA, and other government regulationsÂ

Pay range is $22 - $27 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
