Summary:

As an Entry Level Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to help optimize our global supply chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python.
  • Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Drive automation projects on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, in order to best understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Own and understand end-to-end demand planning and forecasting requirements and processes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent forecast and demand inputs, translating business forecasts into executable demand plans.
  • Present supply and demand recommendations, driving timely decisions and ensuring clear communication across the supply chain.
  • Support the development and execution of Integrated Business Planning processes within the Infrastructure team.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data using SQL and Python.
  • Create and manage databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Lead automation projects and collaborate with IT system developers to implement and validate new tools and systems that streamline supply chain processes.

Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL & Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of and supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements:
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain system implementation
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
  • Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM
  • Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
  • Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

 

Pay range is $34 - $39 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
