Summary:
The main function of a Technical Program Manager is to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.

Technical Program Manager IV
Summary:
The main function of a Technical Program Manager is to provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.

Responsibilities:
- Onboard approved developers to kick off their projects, including drawing contracts, completing Due Diligence, processing Third Party Assessments, etc.
- Schedule, host, and document project check-ins with participating developers to gauge progress, identify blockers, and provide support.
- Review Milestone deliverables, including organizing playtest sessions with the Applications team and other stakeholders.
- Capture, synthesize, and communicate playtest feedback from internal teams to participating developers.
- Publish internal reports on program progress, project status, and trends/insights gathered.
- Work with participating developers to produce demo videos and other marketing assets from their projects.
Skills:
- Understanding the tradeoffs, strengths, and challenges of Mixed Reality when applied to different use-cases.
- Knowledgeable in the development lifecycle of VR/MR/AR applications.
- How to interpret Virtual/Mixed Reality Checks (VRCs/MRCs) and guide developers to satisfy them.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on complex organizational processes (from contract drawing to title launching).
- Ability to quickly create cross-functional relationships in order to drive progress.
- Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction and management, implementation planning in large organizations
- Proven people management and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
- Experience with software development lifecycle
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- PMP or PMI certification
- Development experience is a plus.
- QA experience is a plus.
