Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, executing and measuring company' s participation in Tradeshows and industry events, globally. As a key member of the marketing team you will work very closely with sales, product marketing, and product teams as well as company' s partners to ensure timely planning and flawless execution of events to accomplish sales enablement, global awareness, demand generation, and partner goals. This position reports directly to the CMO.
  • Setting, leading, planning & driving the company’ s global tradeshow and industry events calendar on an ongoing basis
  • Accelerating and maximizing  global awareness through seamlessly executed events around the world
  • Working with marketing, sales, and product teams to plan and execute product exhibit, staffing, and customer/partner meetings
  • Presenting, speaking, and engaging with prospective customers and partners at industry events giving them a full understanding of company' s  solution and business
  • Defining and measuring the success and ROI of each event based on visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation
  • Collaborating with sales and partners to ensure event strategy is aligned with marketing and sales objectives
  • Executing all logistics including procuring booth/meeting space, accommodations planning, registrations, vendor management, shipping, and tactics to attract the right audience to the booth, exhibit, and meetings
  • Managing an inventory of exhibit materials and supplies including demo hardware, banners, posters, collateral and giveaways
  • Preparing the execution plan/guide for each show to ensure each attendee is fully prepared for the event
  • Collaborating with marketing on the creation of signage and messaging at Tradeshows and industry events
  • Staffing events globally to ensure flawless execution
  • Managing, planning and tracking large event budgets and expenses to ensure fiscal discipline


  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience in high tech including Tradeshows and industry events
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Suite products required, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred
  • Bachelor’ s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, especially in a fast-paced cross-functional environment

  • Strong team player not afraid to present new, creative ideas
