We are looking for an organized, reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join the NA Media Team team, based in Menlo Park.  The role will establish, manage, and monitor the creative workflow for multiple projects. You will be responsible for leading and continuously optimizing process and internal partnerships for delivery of assets across all channels. 



  • Create high level timeline/milestone document that tracks all program deliverables to ensure creative is delivered correctly and that media is launched on time
    • Responsible for escalating if milestones are flagged as at risk and work with agency teams and media team to get extensions or move launch dates
  • Work with Media Strategist and external agency teams as follows:
    • Pre-launch:
      • Gather specs for each project and review with the PMs/Creative teams to ensure they understand what needs to be created and delivered, with timelines for delivery
      • Ensure creative is delivered, working with PM or Creative agency as follows:
        • Owned Platform Sites – ensure all creative has been uploaded to trafficking sheet in time for handoff to agency
          • Send Preview links to stakeholders for approval
        • Linkedin – responsible for uploading to Linkedin interface (training available)
        • Off Platform – deliver creative to Media Agency or external vendors
          • Set up and run KOC as necessary
        • QA:
          • Gather screen shots, checking copies and POP
          • Maintain catalog of creative in market
        • Work with Web team to track landing page development timelines and ensure pages are tagged properly to enable reporting and analytics
        • Responsible for organic posting via Spredfast (training available)
  • Establish effective relationships with key departments and partners.
  • Knowledge of creative process and the intersection with the media environment
  • Working knowledge of digital and traditional assets (examples: video, programmatic, branded content, Print, OOH)

  • Proven project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail. • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Must be proactive with proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies, and " roll-up the sleeves" in order to accomplish all necessary tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
