Responsibilities:
- Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify research needs and prioritize projects.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Present research insights to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner.
- Maintain research documentation according to UXR reporting standards and ensure compliance with our data protection standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science or a related field.
- Proven experience conducting user research in a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in research methodologies such as in-depth interviewing, usability testing, concept testing, and focus group research.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
