UX Researcher IV

Summary:

Ideal candidate is a VR experienced researcher with strong tactical experience in usability research, and capable of running their own research for iterative development
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products into the world
- Collaboratively and independently develop research studies and programs
- Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle
Skills:
- Strong ability to develop and lead usability testing for software and hardware experiences
- Strong ability to maintain research research programming through product iterations
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses
- Experience with autonomy and decision making to prioritize research study focus
- Previous experience working in the space of VR
Education/Experience:
- BA/BS in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics
