Vendor Management Associate V
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Manager to join our Developer Operations team. In this temporary role, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our scaled vendor operations team that supports the human manual review process for VR applications on the VR platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality reviews while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the vendor operations team, including productivity, quality, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with vendors to provide feedback, address concerns, and set performance goals.
- Facilitate open communication channels between vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment on expectations, priorities, and objectives.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of vendor management best practices, performance metrics, and contract management.
- Experience in managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Vendor management experience at a Technology company is a plus.
- Familiarity with VR applications and the VR platform is a plus.
