  • Responsible for developing all vendor management reports and dashboards for a Program Management team within Infrastructure Services & Operations Support
  • Work includes coordinating with cross functional teams and vendors to validate source of truth data and calculations, creating and measuring KPIs, running QBRs, creating new reports and dashboards where required and publishing monthly metrics
  • Review and track contracts and SOWs to ensure timely renewal or extension
  • Review and coordinate vendor invoice approval
  • Onboard and off-board Contingent and Vendor workers
  • Provide project management around internal processes
  • Partner with various teams to understand current process changes, document nuances between orgs, and recommend process and system improvements
  • Updating and managing content on our Wiki page
  • Assist Sourcing Operations team in efforts like RFPs as needed

  • Deep understanding and development of Source to Pay processes and key metrics, KPI' s and industry best practices
  • Experience tracking and report on dynamic workload and providing updates to XFN teams
  • Deep understanding of vendor performance analytics processes and tools
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel and Power point, and Oracle Procurement functionality. Tableau preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in fast-paced environment
  • Capable of exercising independent judgment and ensuring company policies and practices are enforced, while keeping management and external customers up to date
  • Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization
  • Ability to work independently and require little instruction on the day-to-day work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor or in a team environment to achieve goal

  Education: Bachelor' s Degree or equivalent experience
