Summary:

The Finance Data Science & Strategy team builds the forecasting models that our Treasury and Finance organizations rely on to make funding and planning decisions. This is a contract role for a senior data scientist who can own forecasting work end to end and operate as a trusted partner to Treasury.

You will own the forecasting that supports Treasury's funding decisions, from building and maintaining the underlying models to explaining what they are telling us when the numbers move. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed to expand forecasting capacity. You will work independently, partner closely with Treasury and FP&A, and deliver forecasts and diagnostics on a recurring production cadence that the funding cycle depends on.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a portfolio of statistical forecasting models segmented by account characteristics to support Treasury's funding schedule.
Improve forecast accuracy across cash flow directions, prioritizing the areas where funding decisions are most sensitive.

As a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Lead you are responsible for driving large-scale, cross-functional improvement projects that help to improve customer support for our community. Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy: Define and own the BD strategy for product enablement. Build a proactive pipeline of partner opportunities rather than waiting for inbound requests. Contribute to the broader Platform Partnerships strategy and help define how the product enablement category evolves over time.
Roadmap Alignment: Act as the primary BD liaison to the PMM organization. Develop trusted relationships with PMM leads and maintain ongoing visibility into the product roadmap so that partnership needs are anticipated well in advance of product timelines.
Deal Execution: Lead the end-to-end BD process for priority partnerships: from initial outreach and scoping through negotiation, term sheet, and contract execution. Develop and refine commercial frameworks across a range of deal types, from data licensing and API agreements to broader technology and service partnerships. Structure deals that reduce cost and vendor dependency over time while protecting our strategic flexibility.
Technology Partner: Strategy Develop a clear point of view on build vs. buy vs. partner tradeoffs across our technology stack and bring well-reasoned recommendations to Product and Engineering leadership. Continuously evaluate the partner landscape to ensure the company is working with the best available solutions, negotiating commercial structures that reflect the strategic value of each relationship and position both parties for long-term success.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to align on partner profiles, model costs and revenue opportunities, define success metrics, and develop contracting frameworks. Represent the partnership opportunity clearly and compellingly to senior internal stakeholders and build the consensus required to move quickly on priority deals.
Market and Category Expertise: Develop deep expertise in the data, technology, and service provider landscapes most relevant to our product roadmap. Summary:

Responsibilities:

Acts as a user advocate and participates in UX discussions with business partners on topics including sentient design, interaction features, design systems, information architecture, and user research
Delivers guidance on UI components, software accessibility concepts and constraints
Assesses data from multiple sources, synthesizes it, and develops strategies for products
Advocates for the end user by influencing decisions to ensure that product, engineering, and design decisions are aligned with user needs and expectations
Collaborates with UX analysts, product/business stakeholders, and engineering teams to prioritize UX activities throughout the software development lifecycle and deliver high-quality experiences

Supports all aspects of design and production, focusing specifically on UX design and UI component delivery
Creates innovative and appealing designs on a rapid and iterative basis, through sketches, storyboards, user task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and the production of final assets for specific features and assignments
Facilitates stakeholders through the design process, gathering actionable feedback and iterating at the appropriate level of changes
Provides UI engineering support to development teams in both Agile and waterfall methodologies for responsive interfaces on presentation layer
Experienced in working with enterprise strategy groups, third parties, consultants, and/or vendors who provide guidance around industry standards, best practices and/or capabilities support

Qualifications:

Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, and/or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
Portfolio that demonstrates sentient design, component-driven design, modern design practices, complex UI patterns and application of UX metrics
Advanced experience with Storybook, HTML/CSS/JS best practices and building accessible component libraries
Intermediate design engineering experience with modern JavaScript and related technologies e.g., AI coding assistants, Angular, React, and GitLab
Demonstrated success at creating reusable, accessible and modular designs that have a significant impact on product strategy and design
5+ years of experience with participating in user experience research using a variety of research methods.
3+ years of prototyping experience and familiarity of designer tools such as Figma, and MURAL
Proficiency with one or more usability testing tools or services
Familiar with Agile concepts such as PI planning, retrospectives, sprints, SCRUM, Kanban, and so forth
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Desired Skills:

Expertise with component-driven design and supporting enterprise design systems
Expertise in Section 508 and WCAG

Recent experience with AWS CLI including S3, EC2, ASG, ELB, SFTP, Cloud Formation, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda etc.,
