<strong>Summary</strong><br />
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The products we build enable businesses to grow&nbsp;and communities to prosper in the intersection between people's needs, marketers' needs, and our strongest&nbsp;differentiators to drive the development, launch, and growth of industry-leading business products. The ideal&nbsp;candidate will have experience in digital advertising, monetization product management or marketing, and an&nbsp;understanding of the digital advertising, marketing industry. They will coordinate cross-functional work with peers&nbsp;to deliver results within a fast-paced environment. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving&nbsp;market requirements and go-to-market plans for our solutions across our advertiser surfaces and enterprise&nbsp;solutions for large advertisers using our platform. This includes assessing market needs, conducting research to&nbsp;influence new product development, evaluating approaches to mitigate product risks, owning go-to-market&nbsp;strategy and identifying opportunities to improve existing products. They will have cross-functional collaboration,&nbsp;analytical, and communication skills, as well as the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and handle&nbsp;ambiguity.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the&nbsp;market internally with Product Management and Engineering&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to prioritize recommendations to&nbsp;product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Coordinate cross-functional projects across the company that build new innovative solutions for advertisers/marketers to&nbsp;ensure that products and solutions are incorporated into the platform in a consistent and strategic manner&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams,&nbsp;with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products and solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams to&nbsp;develop client communications, product documentation, and positioning&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Coordinate successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and marketing teams by crafting&nbsp;effective messaging for a variety of audiences and enabling go-to-market teams at scale&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>8+ years of professional experience in technology or internet technology, ad-tech, strategic marketing, product&nbsp;management, or management consulting&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics) to accelerate&nbsp;product marketing, research, and go-to-market execution&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Experience experimenting with and adopting new AI technologies to drive business outcomes&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and enrolling the necessary leadership support to drive&nbsp;resolution in the context of competing perspectives&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate&nbsp;complex issues&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Organizational and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working&nbsp;independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Communication experience that is effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience leading adoption and integration of AI and data-driven methodologies across product marketing and&nbsp;xfn initiatives&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Experience in marketing subscription-based and/or enterprise offerings&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Experience leveraging full-funnel marketing (including performance marketing) and outbound sales to drive&nbsp;product growth&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Project/Program Management experience driving partnership via shared goals&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Executive Presence (internally & externally), especially experience driving strategic and tactical product decisions&nbsp;with a C-Level audience&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Demonstrated experience influencing decision makers at all levels of an organization&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Experience reducing complex information into distilling themes that are easily communicated/understood&nbsp;</li>

Pay range is <strong>$119 - $124</strong> per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. We are seeking a Program Manager to support cross-functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for initiatives related to incentive programs and marketing science. Program Manager to run end-to-end operations for a new suite of Go-Big measurement pilots that accelerate advertiser adoption of incrementality-based measurement as their source of truth for budgeting.<br />

You'll own the day-to-day mechanics - advertiser and agency enrolment, eligibility verification, credit allocation, qualifying-event tracking, and disbursement - while serving as the operational point of contact across Marketing Science, Monetization Incentives, Agency teams, Data Science, and Legal & Compliance. You'll build the tracking dashboards and leadership updates, flag risks and anti-gaming signals, and document the SOPs that make these pilots scalable.<br />
