Summary:
Program Manager who drives complex, cross-functional initiatives across product launches, regulatory compliance programs, and strategic legal initiatives for our Legal team. Brings 3+ years of hands-on program management in tech, a bias toward operational efficiency (including AI-assisted workflows), and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Responsibilities:

• Program Execution:
  • Own end-to-end legal program management for hardware product launches across multiple concurrent programs, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Coordinate legal requirements involving regulatory and compliance programs
  • Navigate between program-level strategy and task-level execution; ensure nothing falls through the cracks during handoffs and transitions
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Serve as the connective tissue between legal team members and cross-functional partners - aligning timelines and surfacing interdependencies
  • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reporting that give stakeholders clear visibility into project health
• Risk & Escalation Management
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers; manage escalation processes and drive resolution before issues become crises
  • Run retrospectives and document lessons learned to strengthen future execution
• Process & Tools:
  • Develop and standardize playbooks, templates, and repeatable frameworks for legal program execution
  • Explore and adopt AI tools where applicable to streamline workflows - including meeting summaries, status reporting, data organization, and process documentation
  • Support rollout of new systems, tools, and programs across the legal team; drive adoption through training and change management

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with program or project management practices, tools, and methodology (e.g., RACI/RAID frameworks, project trackers, risk registers)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to tailor messaging for executives, attorneys, external partners, and product teams Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience working in policy, compliance, legal or regulatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a similar role from another tech company
• Law firm experience
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Implement AI-assisted workflows

Education/Experience:

• 3+ years of program management experience in the technology industry, within 6+ years of overall professional experience
• Track record managing multiple concurrent projects with interdependencies and competing deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in program/project management

Pay range is $81 - $86 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. • Manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for settlement related to freight forwarding business 
• Reinforce relationship with customers and carriers by leading effective and continuous communications
• Prepare regular settlement status report for SDSA management, customer, carriers and headquarters
• Improve the settlement processes by developing automated processes to reduce manual processing
• Process customer billing accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and according to company policy for each division

•    Search plan B drayage carriers in case of lack of capacities
•    Share with daily container delivery schedules with drayage carriers
•    Analyze, create, edit, track and trace select LSPs such as drayage carriers, rail companies, rail terminals
•    Monitor and drive improvement to customer service goals including on-time delivery, product lead-times, and request-for-quote responsiveness
•    In case to use pre-pull yard, find the best solutions in time
•    Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for drayage deliveries
•    Checking the delivery status and share with customers 
•    Document corrective actions and improvement plans properly, and verify plan's effectiveness.
•    Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
•    Perform other job related duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree preferred or GED
•    Strong understanding of international transportation (especially ocean shipping) / freight forwarding industry
•    Excellent project and people management skills
•    Experience in establishing a transport plan that can optimize loading rate, transport time and logistics cost 
•    Ability to manage within goals by considering in time, budget and business objectives
•    Analytical/focused/data-driven coupled with creative problem solving 
•    Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, with excellent written and verbal skills. 
•    Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and other applications
•    Prioritization skill, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
•    Ability to travel up to 20% in domestic and international
